Hi all

I have the following question, you may have an advice: I have two variable that seem to correlate in a nonlinear relationship. Can you advice me which statistical tests can be used to test the significance of nonlinear correlations?

If you assume a monotonous relationship you can use
Spearman's rank correlation coefficient (rho).
